We are committed to sourcing bags materials that help protect the environment and are more sustainable—such as fabrics made from recycled and plant-based materials, or leather with minimal environmental impact.
Vegan Leather（Bio-based）
- Sourcing: Vegan leather is an animal-free alternative to traditional leather. It is crafted either from plant-based materials (like mushrooms, cacti, and pineapples) or synthetic polymers (like polyurethane).
- Performance: Engineered to rival genuine leather in durability, tensile strength, and flex-resistance, yet lighter in weight. It is a popular, cruelty-free, and often more sustainable choice for handbags, pouch bags, and wallets & accessories.
- Environmental Impact: Completely cruelty-free and eliminates the heavy chemical tanning processes associated with traditional leather. Our water-based formulation is free from DMF (Dimethylformamide) and harsh volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
- Technical Finishes: Available in smooth nappa, saffiano texture, and pebble-grain finishes.
Recycled Nylon
- Sourcing: Reclaimed from industrial waste, discarded fishing nets, and pre-consumer fabric scraps.
- Performance: Known for its superior hand-feel and sleek finish, recycled nylon is ideal for backpacks, travel bags, crossbody bags, and outdoor accessories. It maintains high elasticity and excellent tear strength.
- Environmental Impact: Diverts marine debris from fragile ecosystems and significantly reduces reliance on petroleum-based raw materials.
- Technical Finishes: Available in high-density twill, crinkle-effect nylon, and reinforced ripstop.
Organic Cotton
- Sourcing: Grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs) from certified agricultural collectives.
- Performance: Highly breathable, exceptionally soft, and naturally hypoallergenic. It is frequently used to manufacture for tote bags, canvas bags, cosmetic bags, and lifestyle accessories.
- Environmental Impact: Cultivated using sustainable farming methods that consume up to 91% less water and produce 46% less CO2 compared to conventional cotton farming.
- Technical Certifications: Fully certified under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) to verify environmental and social compliance from field to factory floor.
Recycled Polyester (rPET)
- Sourcing: Derived from 100% post-consumer PET plastic bottles.
- Performance: Our rPET fabrics offer the same tensile strength and abrasion resistance as virgin polyester. It is our most versatile material, ideal for bags, backpacks, accessories.
- Environmental Impact: Reduces energy consumption by approximately 59% and CO2 emissions by 32% compared to virgin polyester production.
- Technical Finishes: Available in 600D to 1680D weaves with eco-friendly PU or TPE coatings for premium water resistance.
Recycled Canvas
- Sourcing: Woven from a rugged blend of pre-consumer recycled cotton scraps and post-consumer rPET fibers.
- Performance: Built for heavy industrial and vintage aesthetics, this canvas offers remarkable heavy-duty durability and structural rigidity. It features a dense, reinforced weave structure designed to handle high weight capacities, making it perfect for rugged duffel bags, utility pouches, and heavy-duty tool bags.
- Environmental Impact: Gives a second life to cutting-floor fabric waste, drastically reducing landfill burden and saving massive amounts of raw agricultural water.
- Technical Finishes: Available from 12oz to 24oz heavy-weight options. Can be treated with eco-friendly PFC-free water-repellent (DWR) coatings or natural beeswax for enhanced weatherproof performance.
