QUALITY CONTROL
Quality is fundamental. Never compromise – that is our commitment to quality, because quality is sustainable.
Our rigorous quality control system is designed to ensure comprehensive inspection and continuous improvement across every stage of bags production—from yarn and fabric to the final product.
INBOUND QUALITY CONTROL (IQC)
Before bag mass production starts, we inspect all raw and auxiliary materials—including fabrics, linings, hardware, zippers, webbing, sewing threads—to ensure they quality standards to production.
IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL (IPQC)
Throughout the entire bag manufacturing process, we conduct continuous inspections at every stage—from cutting and sewing to packaging—to ensure that the products meet quality standards regarding appearance, craftsmanship, and functionality.
FINAL PACKAGING INSPECTION (FPI)
Every finished bag must undergo a 100% quality inspection before leaving the production line. This thorough inspection covers seam strength, zipper functionality, thread trimming, overall aesthetic details, hardware, labels, and packaging.
