Throughout the entire bag manufacturing process, we conduct continuous inspections at every stage—from cutting and sewing to packaging—to ensure that the products meet standards regarding appearance, craftsmanship, and functionality.
Every finished bag must undergo a comprehensive 100% inspection before leaving the production line. This thorough inspection covers seam strength, zipper functionality, thread trimming, overall aesthetic details, hardware, labels, and packaging.
